Great post, Marcelo! Sometimes, all we have to do is stop, try to see our limits and respect it! The perfection is impossible and we have to accept and always keep learning! :D
Hello!
Really, mistakes happen and nobody is perfect, but there are people that tend to judge others and forget that they make mistakes too, though we have to try not to do them anymore.
In relation to English, this language isn’t so easy; new vocabularies appear everyday and we can’t condemn ourselves when we don’t know, we aren’t native speakers and as my friend told above, even native speakers make mistakes.
Thanks!
I learned that we should never judge a book by its cover! Unfortunately, it happens, that’s life! If that kind of unpleasant situation happens and anyone tries to drag you down, just keep your chin up and keep on working on your dreams! Thanks for your comment, Fátima!
Hello, good Sunday!
Unfortunately, it happens all of moments of our lives!
Thanks for your comment too!
I simply loved this post.. Amazing experience.. Good mitivation. Sharing it right now :)
Thanks a lot.
Hi Marcelo! That’s so true, sometimes I get really mad at myself because sometimes I say things like “she speak” or “I didn’t went” but I always try to remember not to be so tough on myself, that we all make mistakes, even native speakers and they are important if we learn from them :)
Hello Jonata,
You are right, nobody is perfect and even native speakers make mistakes! It’s interesting that you are aware of your own mistakes and you are correcting them!
Hi all, dear Marcelo, thanks for posting the video. It helped me a lot. All over the content isn’t so good for learning only, but it is good for life. I see how perfectionism we’re looking forward to become and surprise people in all of sudden every time. But anyone got something nice before stress himself into mistaken tries. If we could smile instead of complain when we aren’t where we liked to. I judge we could have a better life, a happier life.
Hi Marcelo!
Exactly! this is a good tip for everyone who wants to learn english or another language. I felt fine when you said: “Quando errar, dê risada do seu próprio erro, seja otimista e encare os erros como forma de progresso e aprendizado para então corrigi-los posteriormente” because, every time that I make a mistake I do that. Be positive is the best way to learn something in every side of our lives.
Thanks!
You have the monopoly on useful inarimatron-foen’t monopolies illegal? ;)
Hi Marcelo!! You are so rigth about that perfectionism things.Several times I got stuck in English just because I realize that I can’t be perfect.Or even in others fields in my life.We must allowing mistakes in ours lives to reach happiness.I can’t be perfect, but I’m doing my best. That’s enough to me.Bye!!
Hi Jennifer
I like what you wrote “I can’t be perfect, but I’m doing my best”. I couldn’t agree with you more!
We can’t be perfect, but we can try to be better than we were yesterday!
All the best!
