a) They are looking for a new home because Mr Donovans get a promotion in a different city. So they need move and the new salary will be enough to a bigger house!
b) To tell the truth I don´t think the agent is worry about if the house is or not is perfect to the Donovans. He is only interest in make bussiness.
c) Yes they will for sure. Both are with a full smiled face. They don´t care about the money, they like it! As if it´s was their dream-house.

b) Because Mrs. Donovan is liveness, and this house have three bed rooms.
c) I think that they will buy this house, because today, with the hardpan in the US the houses are very cheap. so will rest some money for them furnish a new house.
