I used to beat my self about my voice. When I was a child, I used to speak weak.
I used to beat myself up about being unproductive… Now I’m paying more attention to little things I do here and there and I see that I usually get a lot of stuff done.
I sometimes get carried away when I go to a restaurant I like. I want to eat the “couvert”, then the main dish, side orders, etc.. and I forget that I simply do not have room in my stomach for all that food… So I end up feeling pretty full very early on in the meal.
